Heath Evans Retires, Agrees to Join NFL Network as Analyst and Reporter

Heath Evans has retired from the NFL after 10 seasons and will be joining the NFL Network immediately, agreeing to a multi-year deal this week to be a studio analyst and reporter.

Evans started his career in Seattle and Miami before moving on to the Patriots in 2005, where he spent four years. After his stint in New England, Evans spent his last two seasons with the New Orleans Saints, picking up a Super Bowl ring in 2009.

Heath made his decision public Wednesday on Twitter and announced that he will move to Los Angeles to join NFL Network’s ever-growing stable of analysts.

Via Twitter, MAXX Sports & Entertainment President Mark Lepselter, said: "Congratulations to #maxxclient @heathevans...We're all looking forward to watching you for years to come on the @NFLNetwork"

With the addition of Heath Evans, NFL Network now boasts three MAXX Clients.
