Former Raiders CEO and MAXX Client Amy Trask has been no stranger to the sports media world since leaving the front office in Oakland. This week, Trask contributed her first column to The Athletic. In it, Trask discusses how both the owners and the NFLPA should be approaching the next round of CBA negotiations.

Trask took to Twitter to announce her new position on Thursday morning.

Trask first joined the Raiders’ staff when the team was still playing in Los Angeles in 1987. She was initially part of the team’s legal staff. Ten years later she rose to the role of team CEO. It was a job she held until 2013 when she resigned.

Since leaving the Raiders, Trask has been a part of the CBS Sports family. She makes regular appearances on the CBS Sports Network NFL pregame show That Other Pregame Show. She also makes occasional appearances on The NFL Today on CBS.

If that didn’t keep her busy enough, Trask was the CEO of Ice Cube’s Big3 basketball league in its inaugural season in 2017. She now serves as the league’s chairman of the board.
