Chef Roblé to debut week-long series on 'The Chew' during week of March 7th

Next week on ABC's "The Chew," Chef Roblé Ali will debut his week-long series "Roughin' it with Roble."  In this series, Chef Roble Ali travels across the country to get his hands dirty, working with fresh ingredients at the source of deliciousness, with stops in Washington, Florida, New York and Vermont.

Monday, March 7 - Chef Roble Ali travels to Coupeville, Washington to harvest mussels and teams up with Daphne Oz to make a tantalizing Mussel Fennel Soup.

Tuesday, March 8 - Chef Roble Ali travels to Ocoee, Florida's Lake Meadows Natural Farm to spend a day learning all about the egg business.

Wednesday, March 9 - Chef Roble Ali visits an orange grove in Clermont, Florida, and Michael Symon creates a citrus granita inspired by that visit.

Thursday, March 10 - Chef Roble Ali's visits a Brooklyn smokehouse.

Friday, March 11 - Chef Roble Ali visits dairies in Woodstock and Grafton, Vermont to learn how cheese is made.
