Scott Gomez Added to NJ Devils' Broadcast Coverage for Upcoming Game

NEWARK, N.J. - The New Jersey Devils announced today that two-time Stanley Cup-winning forward Scott Gomez will join The One Jersey Network's (TOJN) exclusive audio coverage of the Devils vs. Rangers game on Sunday, December 11 starting with pregame coverage 6:50 p.m. for a 7 p.m. puck drop. Gomez will round out a three-person booth with the Devils' radio team of play-by-play man Matt Loughlin and analyst Sherry Ross.

Devils fans can tune in to The One Jersey Network by downloading the Devils app and clicking on the headphones icon or by searching for the network on iHeartRadio's mobile and web platforms.

Gomez will be positioned between the Devils and Rangers benches to provide an exclusive ice-level assessment of game action for the first time on a Devils audiocast. The vantage point will provide unique access to players and coaches before, during and after the rivalry game.

Gomez, who was drafted in the first round of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft by New Jersey and led the Devils to Stanley Cup championships in 2000 and 2003, will make his Devils radio debut as the Devils travel into New York to face their cross-river rival.

"I'm thrilled to be joining the Devils radio broadcast team," said Gomez. "Devils-Rangers always provided bragging rights for the Tri-State area, and I look forward to giving Devils fans my rink side perspective on Sunday."
