ATLANTA - An Atlanta single mom got the surprise of a lifetime when she was presented with a new home by some NFL bigwigs and a former president!

Warrick Dunn, Falcons owner Arthur Blank, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and former president Jimmy Carter presented Janice Cantrell, her nephew and her daughter with the new home Thursday morning.

The home came fully furnished thanks to Aaron's. Even the refrigerator was stocked with food.

Dunn helped with the down payment for the new home, thus reducing the monthly mortgage for Cantrell.

Help with the home was made possible by the Homes for the Holidays program, a part of the Warrick Dunn Family Foundation. It was the 100th home presented by the program.

Over the past 14 years Warrick and his foundation have made the dreams of 100 families come true and the MAXX Sports family is very happy to congratulate Janice and her family on their new home! We are so proud!
