Rodney Harrison: The Titans are a "cheap" team

NBC’s Rodney Harrison has a history with the Titans that he’s not shy about sharing with Florio in this week’s one-on-one video. The former Patriots safety calls Tennessee a notoriously “cheap” team in reference to Sunday’s throwdown between Titans cornerback Cortland Finnegan and Andre Johnson.  It is also worthy to note that this is not the first time Rodney has made these sorts of comments about the Titans.
