Safety Blitz with Rodney Harrison Debuts on Peacock
Two-time Super Bowl winner and Maxx Client Rodney Harrison and NBC Sports host Jac Collinsworth are launching a new Peacock original weekly NFL show, Safety Blitz, which debuts Monday at 6 p.m. ET on Peacock.
Safety Blitz, a live hour-long show streaming Mondays on Peacock throughout the football season, features Harrison and Collinsworth discussing all things NFL, from breaking down the previous day’s action to analyzing how it will impact next week’s games and the season moving forward.
“I’m excited to relaunch Safety Blitz on Peacock and to work with the talented Jac Collinsworth,” said Harrison. “Every Monday, fans can count on us to tackle the biggest stories in the NFL and deliver hard-hitting, unfiltered opinions.”
“Anytime a safety blitz is called, I’m glad to be on Rodney Harrison’s team,” said Collinsworth. “I’m excited to break down weekly NFL action with one the greatest analysts, and safeties, in football.”
Harrison, a former three-time All-Pro and two-time Super Bowl champion, serves as an analyst on Football Night in America, the most-watched studio show in sports since its debut in 2006. The former two-time Pro Bowl safety spent 15 seasons in the NFL, first with the San Diego Chargers (1994-2002) and later with the New England Patriots (2003-08).
Harrison joins the show remotely from his home, while Collinsworth will work from Pro Football Focus Studios in Cincinnati.
